How far in advance am I able to book an appointment?My booking calendar will always remain open up to one month in advance. If you are looking to book a specific date, it will be open exactly one month before that date and time. Every day new appointments will be open for booking. If you do not see any availability please check again the next day.

Do you wash and blow dry hair before braiding?No. Please come with hair FRESHLY WASHED and BLOW DRIED.

Are add-ons and customizations included in the service pricing?The pricing for each service is the baseline/ starting price. Any additional customizations are an added cost and can be noted when booking.

What braiding hair do I need to buy for my service(s)?To receive the best quality results, Hair By Sadiya only uses PRE STRETCH XPRESSION hair (52' inch in the bundle - Green pack) and regular X-pression Hair for all other styles.

What is the policy for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment?If you need to cancel or reschedule; Appointments can be rescheduled 72 hours before the appointment time. The booking fee will be applied to the new appointment date. Booking fees are only transferrable once. Rescheduling must be done the same day as cancellation. Appointments cancelled after 72 hours of your upcoming date will be charged 30% of your appointment balance minus the deposit. No call no shows will be charged 100% of your appointment balance.

What happens if I do not show up to my appointment? (No Call - No Show)If you do not notify me and do not show up to your appointment you will forfeit 100% of your deposit and appointment balance. It will also be in my discretion to allow you to book again.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?If you are more than 15 mins. late to your appointment, there is a strict late fee of $30 that will be applied to your service.

Who am I able to bring my appointment?Just yourself. To minimize distractions please refrain from bringing any plus-ones including children to appointments However, children with appointments may be accompanied by an adult.

What do I do if I am unsatisfied with my service?While I pride myself on providing excellent service, if for some reason you are not satisfied please let me know during the time of your booking so that I can work with you to improve your hair experience.

What form of payment is accepted?Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp and/or Cash is accepted upon completion of service(s).

What do I do to maintain my hair while in braids?Keep your hair and scalp moisturized by using a light oil and/or a hydrating spray Wrap your hair at night with a silk scarf or using a silk pillowcase Be gentle with taking down your braids to avoid yanking or breaking hair off

Are you able to refresh my braids?Yes, I do offer a braids refresh for the outer edges of your braids as a touch up. Touch up services can be booked on the Services page.
